I believe thats it... Unfortunately i didn't even know about corporate plus till a week after i got my Golf GTI I paid about 2.5k over corp plus.

so the privatefleet sales woman is having me on when she told me that first 3 years servicing is free and that she could have gotten me that with the deal i previously mentioned?

Perhaps she could have got that, but it isn't a part of the regular corp plus pricing structure I don't believe.

so u can opt out of the contract wiht no specific reason?

surely can, and then if you forgot to do it within 3 days and you really dont want it and your contract is subject to finance just say you couldnt get finance, although you may need to prove that

i cant find anything in the contract about cooling off rights?!?!

Im starting to believe that privatefleet is having me on but because I told her that im going to cancel my contract with the dealer and her reply was "oh i need to actually check if the cars still in stock, il get back to you."
And she never got back to me.

should i ask my dealer about cooling off rights?

from the sound of it...she's having you on.

I have dealt with private fleet.....and they lost the deal with me for two reasons:

1. Her buying power was no better than the dealer down the road. I knew there were a few R32's in Australia that matched my required specifications, but the dealers who had them weren't prepared to 'play' with Private Fleet. In the end, I got fed up with waiting for her to call me back, so I went to my local dealer, and laid all the cards on the table (i.e. "Here's what I can get through Private Fleet, What can you do?"). Dealer cut the price by another $1k, same delivery time. I'm happy.

2. When she finally called me....I told her I was sick of waiting for her to call me back, so I have now gone through the dealer. Told her the price. She said thanks vey much, enjoy your new car.
