Gtilin, you made a big claim earlier in this thread but dont substantiate it with your actual figures. Rather a US spec vehicle.
I think that others on here finding a dyno to do a comparison in Melbourne has been handled correctly and politely. You stated that you would be free up till christmas on the weekends and now you are getting upset???
I am not sure I understand the problem here....
I am sure that it would be a fun sociable thing to do a comparison and we would all be interested to see if we have a record holder in an Aussie Golf.
I would be interested in seeing which car puts out the power here,

Well, it's always fascinating when someone comes bursting into a crowded room screaming at the top of their voice, "LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME, I"VE GOT A BIG..........er......TURBO!." and everyone turns to look.

So, while my fascination with such a bizzare event compels me to post, don't confuse that with carefactor>0 on the issue of Turbo Envy.

If you can't get your own car dyno'd, just post up some random figures.....Oh I notice you already have.

Too busy on a cruise this weekend to go and organise a dyno.

Too busy during the week to get a dyno despite not being too busy to get all these mods done to your car and of course too busy on the weekends to get a dyno done when everyone is looking.

Surely you can take an hour out of your day to get the dyno done, start work an hour late or leave an hour early, take a long lunch break. I don't know about you but I'd be wanting to get a dyno done asap after doing all that work.

It's only thing to post with your claims but you need to back up your claims after having a go at APR and claiming how good your car is compared to their offerings otherwise people will see your posts for what they are (advertisements).
