Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

              Ok guys, can we drop this thread for a while and wait and see what happens in the comparo?
              It is going to be interesting and with GTILINs claim to have the most powerful DSG in the country well we should all hold our breaths to see these amazing figures come from his Australian specced GTI!

                          Come on Mods, I thought we are trying to keep on the topic?

                          It's a shame some companies can't handle friendly competition from other tuning companies. If a company's product is good it should sell on its on merit and be able to handle any negative criticism that may happen. If they can't handle it, than maybe they should re-evaluate their business and whether they should be selling products to people.

                          If you don't give a damn, why are you posting on this thread?

                          Dyno will be done soon, but for a true comparison, both cars should be dyno'd on the same day with the same operator. But definitely interested in seeing what my car puts out as well and will post it up as soon as I get one done.

                          Too busy on a cruise this weekend to go and organise a dyno.
