That wire looks just like the stuff used for irrigation control valves.

awesome thread! love you fibreglass work! going to tackle this when i have the funds/time however there's not as much space or easy to work in space in an mk1 S3

i also have a reverse cam that came with confusing wiring/diagrams. ended up not using the red wires at all! lol
love having it though, makes those tight to navigate areas a BREEZE!

        keep it up!

Nice. Let me know how they ride? Was either tossing between FKs or JOMs... Found a deal where FKs were $284AUD shipped from Germany.

I have JOM in my mk4 and they are not bad. Feel a little soft like over undulations it seems like the front dips a little more then I'd like but overall I like them.
Just get which ever fits your budget they are both similar. We have FK in my wife's Jetta that go well too

                        Update....

Now got everything needed to fit coilovers., so thats this weekend sorted.

Got delivery from ecs today. Brand new set of honeycome mesh grills. Look good

Got the metal notch filler from ebay its abou 95 % the right shape, so should make the flush bonnet a breeze

The tool box handle and door pin lock above will play the main part in controlling the false floor access. More to follow.....

                            THAR SHE BLOWS!

Was a late one fitting the fronts, drivers side was painfull. Did the rears this morning.

Will spend tomorrow fine tuning heights.

Looks pretty good already - nice height and the slight rake gives it a look of forward momentum. (- or is that just the road? )
