So it seems that the creak noise only happens at low speeds but the clunk happens anytime the weight is shifted off the right rear corner :S
Any ideas what could be causing it?

    Cheers,

I have a squeak in my front suspension, and from looking around on the net trying to diagnose it it seems one common problem for MK4 noises might be the rear seats and interior lining. Might be worth checking out any loose bits.

how old are the coils? you might have some damage or age issues with some of the rubber/nylon mounts. whilst under pressure or weight, everything is compressed, and when the weight comes off the loose mount does its thing and you get a squeak and/or clunk

Two weeks old haha. I took it into my mechanic again (top bloke BTW) and he did a once over if it again and we found that the clunk is just the actual coils of the coilover springs moving on themselves under sudden weight transfer, which is normal. And the creak were from the new control arms being of a rose joint style? So no rubber bushings to stop sound transfer etc.
              So all is well haha

So I finally got my arse around to doing a test fit today hehe
I personally love the look of them, other than the fact that the tyres I currently have on them are 45 profile
Excuse the crappy iPhone pics guys haha

Awesome fitment and wheels Jed. Perhaps a set of front & rear spacers??
I love these cars, wish I had one seriously.

Haha unfortunately I am not willing to risk losing my insurance over a pair of rear spacers Despite the fact that they would look awesome lol

Look what arrived at my house this week

It'll be fitted up with the help of a mate on Friday afternoon. So hopefully it'll be on for Happy Laps on Saturday morning

Only problem is... it didn't come with a cold air feed pipe/tubing All the pictures suggest it would. BUT apparently not an included part and cannot be bought separately.
So what do you guys think I should make a Cold Air feed out of? And where do I buy the stuff from?

Yeah I had a look at super cheap and its crazy expensive from there and probably not quite as wide as I'd like it. Might see if bunnings or someone has it
Anyone know where I can get that flexible tubing stuff from? I saw someone with it a while back, was quite thin from memory but heat resistant. I think it may have been 'Aerograde' or 'Aerospace grade'... not sure though
