i think thats the point of it.....just completely shaved. check out the second last picture, see how the roof is shaved and moulded to the sides to create one big piece.....thats just art!

It doesn't ... the owner would just swap the wheels and lower the car on site, or more likely that car only comes out for shows, displays and when they take pictures of it.
