Finally have the wheels mounted, Horrible iPhone photo. Needs heaaaaps more low, but didn't have time to wind down the coils. Hopefully get to that on the weekend and take some proper pictures, and wash the car.... haha
thanks man! Final offsets from memory et18 front and et24. 8.5" fronts 9.5 Rears. In hind site i could use maybe a 5mm spacer in the rear. Have you stacked spacers on adapters before dylan? Tyres have been stuffed up a bit, I was at the tyre place talking about what tyres i wanted whether going for 45 or 40 series.(45 on the rear and 40's on the front for ultimate lows!) And i went for 45's all round, but the fella must of got confused and ordered 40's for the front and they had to be ordered in. Couldn't be bothered after all this time to take them back and wait for more tyres. So I'm just gonna run them, and try to go as low as possible in the front. So they ended up being 215/45/17 rears and 205/40/17 fronts. definitely will need to find someone to do a frame notch if going to pull these fronts off!!!
real quick photoshoot, bad need of a polish! This is with perches out in the rear, almost all the way down on the coils in the front. Still needs more low in the front, but may have to wait for notch and maybe some motor mount spacers.
the HTs arent that low in the rear if thats already missing the perches huh? I think the ride height looks good though. Keep it driveable
whats next on the list?
thats a 215/45 with a fair old stretch... its pretty low.
looking good mate, wouldnt mind some more lows up front to be bang on tho...
I did run a 5mm spacer behind my adapters up front when I was on my BBS, but id just be keeping a eye on bolt length and how much of the adapter is left sitting on the hub

yeah i was surprised when i took the perches out. Sure didn't drop as much as i thought.
Next on the list is get the frame notched, also i can barely drive it now. Horrible noises coming from the front left still, getting worse think its the CV's going but really not sure. Need to get the front bar painted. Install turbo back exhaust which has been sitting around for months and months!! haha Couple of other little bits.

5mm might just do it, i've got heaps of thread left on the studs so i should be alright. Yeah as soon as i get the frame notched and these CV's or whatever the hell it is fixed i will go a bit lower. Know any ways of getting little bit lower in the rear?

yeah just have a look and think about it... i dont suggest doing it as it screams dodgy haha.
be interesting to see what the noise is out left.
have you taken out both the adjuster and perch? if so take the top rubber mount out... again, dodgy...
Yeah it does scream dodgy, I'll see how I go. Yeah i hope it's nothing expensive to fix, dead broke after purchasing tyres!
Yeah have taken out adjuster and perch, have you run without the top rubber mount?
damn man car looks super dope , yeah i agree with everyone dont lower it too far keep it drivable as its not worth having a car thats a **** to drive
