Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Hopefully lowering the rear a tad to get some tuck going, i do like the rake on the car at the moment though

4mo headlights WITH fogs (no fogs suck)
4mo headlight switch WITH front fog option
4mo brakes. I know they are not big in the world of brakes, but compared to my stock ones and my BBS they look huge!
So plans are refurb the 4mo headlights to prevent them getting the UV damage down the track (current lights are covered!), in doing this i may do the joey mod on them while there off the car
Paint the 4mo brakes R32 Blue or Black (thoughts people?) upgrade the brake lines as they have been around for 10yrs and 141,000+km
If all goes to plan and i still have money after the BBS, ill get a new de-badged grill (unsure on all black or black with chrome tips like the stock (again i want peoples opinion), getting the bonnet notch filled and sprayed, and removing the 'bora' and possibly the 'vw' badge filled from the boot and getting it sprayed. and a 4mo front lip
The A8s are still hanging around and maybe making a come back when the BBS are taken off (as my stock 15s will no longer fit over the brakes as far as im aware). Difference being they will be spaced out about 16mm and 20mm front and rear, and in completely different and hopefully 'shocking' colour.
Would the mods like to move this to the MK4 section as its becoming more a mini build thread then a picture thread??Comment

Was fairly bright when i took the picture, a little darker and the orange looks alright i think...

Still have to lower it sum more first, going to lower the front another 10mm. (50-55mm clearance eeeekkk!!), then bring the rear down about a inch or so, which will make the car about level when comparing the side skirt to the ground. Ill then see if im going to need them, i really brought them in fear of too much poke, although i think some extra camber would look good..
Had compliments from a fellow worker after he followed me down the highway. Said it was the toughest looking rear he had seen around town, so that was nice

some quick pics from today, one of the camera nerds in my house had been using the camera and i didnt notice the settings till i loaded the pics, here are some of the clearer pics.

Lowered the rear about a inch, will try and get some more out of the front when i get the chance.
