Had it cleaned, polished and leather cleaned/treated by the mobile EcoWash guy that comes to the office. It is a waterless clean and the result is amazing! Much better than being washed in recycled dirty water at a car wash cafe and much cheaper too. Took some photos while it is nice and clean: http://www.vwwatercooled.org.au/f35/...tml#post564386

You can definatly feel the difference, so much torque! And the turbo sounds fantastic, sounds like it'll suck up small children. The powergasket is pretty amazing, got home and could place my hand straight on the intake manifold no worries.

cancel that order NOW, unless they are specifically getting a RHD one made for you.
I purchased a 2.5" billyboat one, and it barely fits as is (oxygen sensor or something hits the chasis when i take left corners), so am getting a RHD one sent over. a 3" LHD one i would imagine you have no chance of it fitting.
When i get the RHD 2.5" downpipe, i'm gonna sell the LHD one very cheaply to whoever is interested (just to try and recover expences from a second installation cost, not to make money from the mixup...)
i'm also selling my 2.5" catback, only about a few months old, will put a thread up in the for sale section soon

ahh nice. i stressed out a little bit then for ya haha.
I didn't know BB made a 3" rhd Volkswagen Jetta Exhaust Applications from Billy Boat Performance Exhaust
they've got the 2.5" RHD one listed (FPIM-0244), no 3" though.
for the one they're sending me out now, it has the part number of the 2.5" RHD one, but in the description they've said 3" so who knows what i'm getting.
Well that's wot I thought too,but then they said it was 3" so guess ill see wot turns up. Ill be happy with either. I think that's the same part number as wot I ordered

Nice choice on the exhaust, the BillyBoat/APR systems are very nice, work of art especially when you look at the mandrel bends, pro quality welding and general build quality, it's a cut above.
Gave the golf a wash and polish. I need to take some photo's with the SLR before it gets dirty again....I took a couple of happy snaps with the phone camera while at the shops. They'll have to do for now....
I'm currently waiting on another KYB rear strut to turn up as i had a problem with one of the ones i was sent. ECS have wasted no time in sending me another one though, so i'm happy. Currently I'm running the stock rear struts...
