    Check the FS thread
I have had expressions of interest on everything except the ECU at this stage, and those that have posted in that thread or PM'd me will get first preference.I may also be keen to sell wheels and coilovers to a local buyer who wants to swap with their stock gear

When converted to Aus dollar 2 sets of these shipped was cheaper than one set of neuspeed (ex shipping.)
Yeah, i use Gruvenparts arms and they're great. No point paying the extra for the Neuspeed imo...

      • yes, another vote for gruvenparts. quality build and product. only negative may be the huge locking nuts. but that could be the case with any adj arm.

they use a rotating ball joint, and feature a grease nipple for each.

You can't go wrong with a grease nipple.

          • Bought about $3000 worth of parts from ECS Tuning in the US for the 2.Slow (front suspension bushes and arms etc plus timing belt, water pump etc.) Loving the strong Aussie dollar atm.

Anyone in VIC need anything? Happy to chuck it in with my order so you get cheap shipping.

            • Be aware that you'll almost certainly get slugged for customs duty (5% of the value of the items) and then GST (10% of the value of items + customs duty + shipping costs) as well.

With a big order though, the difference in shipping should be substantial.

I'm allowing for that in my costs. It's still much much cheaper than getting the same parts locally from a stealership or AEM retailer.

However, what's the go with the AUSFTA?
Australia and the United States have agreed to eliminate customs duties on goods originating from the other country.
Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement (AUSFTA) - AustradeMost, if not all, the parts I got from ECS are made in the USA or at the very least assembled in the USA.

The components must be manufactured in the US. I'd be surprised if much, if any, of what you ordered (from what you said earlier) fits that description.

                          • Bought an ATP exhaust manifold a little while back on the cheep as it had a small crack in it so finally got around to welding it up the other day and finished off machining it today. Also a box of goodies from ECS rocked up which contained all the gaskets i need for the manifold install ,some new suspension mounts ,R8 oil cap and a inlet manifold spacer. Just need to steal some time to put it all in

                            • Had the car machine polished by Dan at DMS Detailing. The car looks brand new, I was really pleased at how good the paint came up. All watermakrs and swirl marks are gone, plus a few light scratches I couldn't get out. Very happy indeed. Also ordered a Yarrowsport rear stress brace.
