just googleing and there are also 2 other brands of skid plates avail.
Mk4 Panzer Plate heavy duty aluminum skid plate kit for all mid 1999 through mid 2005 Jetta sedan and wagon 1999 through 2006 Golf GTI and 2004 R32 by www.dieselgeek.com

I'm considering the Dieselgeek Panzer Plate plus "full metal jacket" setup rather than the OEM one from ECS - it also acts as a lower stress brace for the subframe, meaning you don't need to fit a separate lower brace, and it replaces the two plastic side pieces as well (the OEM skid plate does not).Last edited by Manaz; 07-07-2010, 05:11 PM.Nothing to see here...

Got this off a mate, 5 minutes later ripped it out of it's home.
Sitting in the back is over rated...(rear seats removed, **** theyre heavy!)
Working out the best way to put in a false floor in the back, will be putting the sub and amp in it, as well as a bike holder. Should be good! Need to get my unibrace now.2011 TDI Caddy- AirRex x AccuAir setup.
