otherwise, if you have a bit of $$ .. get a paint shop to do it for you. it'd last a lot longer.

alternatively, buy r32 trim or sport trim!

yeah i was thinking r32 trim, but then got over it. i really like Jay's cf trim, but it costs quiet a bit. gloss won't really reflect that bad as i'm painting the plastic wood pieces only, not the vent surrounds. will see how it goes, if i fail, i'll start saving up for cf trim

To be fair to Jimmy he did offer me a lift home. I've actually already picked the car up. I had to fight Jimmy though to get the keys back off him though. I think he likes my car.

Oh Yes Trent , i had a soft spot for it before but after driving it with the exhaust man its good, serious crack off it. Be nice to hear it in a valley or in the ICB tunnel mate

I somehow found 5 min this afternoon to remove the oil drain plug on my gearbox.............
Im sure thats not ment to be there
Planning on removing the box on the weekend as i think there might be a bit of a hole waiting for me behind the preasure plate

look forward to seeing them spida as i have always wanted to do that in my bora, i just worrry that it will always look scratched,

Only reason im doing it because i wanted to get rid of the rubber which was peeling off... i used the green scrubber and sanded it down the grades and made the peices light grey with white scratch marks.... so i decided paint was the best way to cover it up... i just put the pieces in my centre console back in in waiting for the rest to dry before i can put them in...

you're coping me i've done most of the centre panel and all my door trims...very difficult to get gloss and not miss any edges. i have to repaint mine also done the orange look lights that dylan posted earlier

yeah its a tedious job beside the fact that ive been busy its taken me 2-3 weeks of trial and error before i got things looking right ... only problem i have now is that some things dont match cause i couldnt work out how to take them out and i dont have the star shaped screwdriver to take other pieces out
