Since having my car off the road for 2 weeks, and looking like it will be off for another month or so, I've had the urge to go on a bit of an online spending spree (thinking of all the $$ I've saved by not buying petrol)
*Black interior grab handles and switch bezel
*Aluminium dash trim
*2 x Lower grille fog lights
*2 x front suspension bushes/mounts, bearings and nuts
And hopefully purchasing my Ta Technix when they come in stock next week. Im hoping they stick to their '8-15 workday' delivery schedule.

Gruven parts crack pipe, thermostat housing, thermostat and coolant bottle at this stage - more coming soon.
Also got a bracket for the alternator/fuel pump from Stu - thanks again mate. Let the building commence!
I'm confused as to if the gasket on the thermostat housing is enough to hold a seal?
The V5 and the 1.6 had the rubber gasket but no sealant, whereas the VR6 had the rubber gasket and sealant.
If the crack pipe is only sealed with the rubber gasket - don't see why the thermostat should leak with just the rubber gasket.
Is that the right logic? Or does the thermostat housing need some form of sealant apart from the rubber gasket?

Front seats need a socket (forget what size) and a screw driver (Phillips from memory)

Got my self a set of project wheels on the weekend.
There ATP 5 Razze in 5x100 18x8.5 ET35. A couple have slight gutter rash on the lips that will need to be machined. Not sure what tyres I will run yet, will have to do some investigation.
