SAM, get adjustable drop links and make them SHORTER, and you should have better clearance. Driveshaft tends to rub on the top of the droplink that joins the front anti roll bar and the lower control arm. Making the link shorter rolls the antiroll bar forwards giving you more room in the curve at the top, no hitting.
I got some adjustable links from ebay, cut about an inch out and then welded, no more bumpage

i thought the 4motions didn't suffer from this problem because the swaybar is mounted on the shock? maybe driveshaft is rubbing on chasis?

thanks for the input guys .. had another look and it appears to be rubbing on the chassis :/
checked the sway bar .. has enough clearance .. has this problem been tackled before ?
it doesnt happen at the left side because it's a thinner shaft ..
im going to take this for the Lifestyle til it starts to really get annoyingVW BORA 2003 V6 4Motion
