Pretty sweet little car man, I just read through nearly every page. Looks heaps neater since you've bought it.
How are you finding the coilovers? I've been tossing up between the ones that you have and JOM. Both I can only assume are stiff as hell and you get what you pay for. Also do you struggle getting a jack under the dam thing? haha. I just did some playing around on my mk3 today and am wondering how the hell I will get a jack under it once it's lowered.

thanks man! yeah the coilovers are pretty stiff but eh they are only cheapies.
yeah i now have to drive onto blocks off wood to fit the jack under it, + sometimes i need to take off my lip, i need a low profile jack which are for lowered cars.
Go to bunnings and there is a set of 4 plastic 21mm plugs in a packet for like 4 bucks. I used the original seal the wiper uses and it's been sweet. I have been meaning to take thenpkug out and chuck some plummers thread tape around it as an extra step during winter but it hasn't leaked so far.

tried to align my bumper up today as it's been off place and the tyre is close to he corner of the bumper, I want to run spacers on the back to make it abit more flush and looking abit beefier, but it'll scrap on that part of the bumper.
decided to see what was wrong, looks as if these sliding tabs were broken, so I tried to plastic weld them, (I used the same plastic as the bumper too) but didn't bond well enough and in the struggle to put the bumper back on it snapped off again, didn't have enough time so I just left it,
Not sure if you already know but there is a small metal clip on each end where you show it is sagging. They are a PITA to get both sitting properly while sliding the bumper on.
With the vents, someone on the forum told me they are just ventilation, air comes through the front of the car via heat/cool vents and comes out there.

Found a replacement lens for the dual rounds you might be interested in, it says left side though, not sure if there's a difference between the left and right with mounting them but it might work?
