      see the random thread post.

Keyless entry now working and pretty happy with it since it saves me time getting in and out of my car.
Just need to hook it up to indicators when I have time.

spacers on order and I'll finally be able to run the mk4 wheels nicely instead of having them lying around.

Indicators hooked up to keyless entry system and window switch LEDs now all blue.
If anyone is planning on doing the switches mod I highly recommend getting LEDs that have an inline shrink wrapped resistor. Not only does it save you having to put resistors in, it prevents accidental shorts because the wires are wrapped. Really important when working with the driver's side switch as there is extremely little space to work with.

Got the A/C looked at. Had no gas left. Now it's wonderful and I don't want to leave the car in this heat, whereas before it was unbearable.

Spacers are on with stocks and wish I had gotten more than 15mm. Once I get around to it, rear spacers will go to front and new wider rears will be fitted. I'm now a fan of the extra poke.

sorry about the lighting, it's some modest spacing but I want more, haha.

^That's funny, I've been thinking about doing exactly that these past few days haha! What kind of paint did you use?

It's so lovely to see Mk3s being loved.

Bought some black heat resistant paint, the one supercheapauto sells. The paint can withstand up to 2000 degrees celsius. I also painted the exhaust with it and it's stayed intact.

It's a bit rough in the centre as you can see, this is me not doing a very good job

I'm thinking of doing the lower half but I'm going to have to be really careful not to spray anything else if I decide to do it.

As far as parts go, even more parts are coming for this car. Still haven't heard back from the shop about getting it looked over. Want to get that sorted before xmas comes around but it's been running fine lately so that's eased my mind a bit

I still get excited when I see another mk3 around, especially when it's been kept in good condition.
