        • Hey guys, I'm looking at getting some coilovers for my VR. I'm really just looking for something decent quality, comfortable and don't have to go super low. So basically none of this JOM or other ebay brand crap. I don't mind paying for quality. Where can I order coils from that isn't ECS or will cost ****loads for shipping alone? I wish we had a "JDMyard" for euros
          I love cats.. idklol

For $900 or so shipped you can't beat CXRacing, they have damper adjustment plus they're base height adjustable so you're spring rate won't change as you adjust height. They handle well for the price, but obviously if you get some KW's for example they're going to be a little nicer.

I got mine off their eBay store (I know you said no eBay ha) but you can order off their site too I think:

cxracing.com: CXRacing Statick Damper CoilOver Suspension Kit For 92-98 VW Golf MK3

If you're not in a massive rush I have some fk coilovers that I will be offloading soon. They don't go super low but are quite comfortable.

                • KW Suspensions

They're KW V1's, a bit more expensive of course.

I'd go with getting the FK's off Anthony if you can as it'll be cheaper than buying new and less headaches with shipping from overseas, etc.

Speaking of CX, mind if I come to yours to pick them up once the swap is done?

as you're in the Northern Beaches, have you considered Eibach/Bilstein. The distributor is in Mona Vale.

Hey! Yes I have! My mate is the son of Heasman steering so I was considering Bilstein but I'm keeping my options open for now! Thanks

                              • No worries Cordylol, good luck with your choice. Heasman are a great outfit. The Eibach/Bilstein kit is well priced with a good balance of ride and handling.
