Cleaning out the car and found the rear seats pop-up and fold out of the way, pretty neat and made it easier to clean. Is it some kind of storage space though? Looks to be enough room to actually keep stuff under there.

AFI sell genuine bosch, google them for there locations.
Or change to a MSD setup, it's roughly about the sane price.

change your plugs and leads if u get another coilpack, or just the plugs if u get the msd.

Thank you so much! Just called up and got quoted $890 on Bosch and about $200 on other brands.. how much should I be spending here guys.. obviously paying for quality but at the end of the day I assume it'll do close to the same thing/have similar life span

Non-genuine/other brand coil packs will be ~$200 so that sounds right. Genuine VW ones are ~$500
