    ITS ALL HAPPENING
Looks like i need to buy a VR6 Torque Plate from 034 motorsports thats if i need to bore the block
or just hone the block and use std size forged J.E pistons (81mm) .The machiner will let me know when he has the time to measure.

actually i have thought of that but it was going to cost allot more to get it in and running the drift car is basicaly finished now just going to do a couple of track days and then i can put my head down and start building the vr6T . i have the list of things that i need and what parts and what size i will be using all i have to do is press the BUY button when i have the $$$$

my machiner said there is hardly any wear on the bores so it will only get a slight hone so the rings bed in . (maybe) in a couple of months i will start ordering parts for bottom end but thats a maybe .

Ive been a CTS dealer now for about 6 years , I have bought 3 turbo kits off them and none of them fitted without extensive modification .

PM a price for a stage one with the precision turbo. Other than the dump pipe/manifold not working what else needed modifying?

Well there is 2 ways to do it
The Turbo hits the brake booster , you can either do a full pedal box set-up running no brake booster or you can machine down the manifold and run stand alone . Either way its expensive

You do realise stage 1 is non intercooled ?

The SPA manifold sits the turbo of centre and down low. All the uk guys run this manifold.

Yes, I'm aware. eBay kits are $200 instead of the $1000.

The hardware is pretty cheap to set up. But.

                        Decent turbo: 2k
                        Water & oil lines: $100
                        Dump pipe: $600~
                        Full zorst: $500
                        Exhaust mani: $500
                        Charge pipe & filter: $100
                        Inter cooler: $500
                        4"maf: $100+
                        Injectors: $250
                        Boost controller: $$50-$700
                        Waste gate: $300

Plus if you want to be safe
                        Drive shop axles: $1500
                        LSD: $1000

Ecu: mega squirt? $600 plus tuning, Up to 3k.

The only good thing with the kit would do would be the tuning. For me obd1, there is stuff all for the 258bk ecu. Obd2 probably have a better chance.
