Well, the old lady failed to give way to me on a single lane round about... she argues I was going too fast, but even with her witness this cannot be determined, and I don't agree that I was going that fast.

The wheel is all the way back in the arch from the kerb I hit after she slammed into me.

I've got a bit of a sore back, other than that everyone is fine, even the old lady with the death wish.

I have full comp, so even if I'm deemed to be at fault, all is well. But if she's at fault, her car aint getting fixed... hehe, karma.

Just glad I hadn't put the Eibach's in yet.

My subwoofers didn't even skip a beat during the crash, gotta love ipod stereos

The dub is still "intact", her car on the other hand had bits of plastic smashed all through the intersection.

Yeah should be, I'm taking a mate who is a sprayer at a panel shop when I collect it... I won't accept it unless the job is perfect.

Still, it may be a write-off. If that's the case I'll need a hand from you east coast guys so I can shop for a VR6, as there is only auto's for sale in WA currently.

I amazed how many VR6 Auto's there are... why would you spoil a perfectly good VR6 with an auto box?

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

that shouldn't matter. if it comes down to it, you were already on the roundabout so you have right of way because she pulled out in front of you.
just like if you were in front of someone who was being a loser and going bumper to bumper with you, if you slam your brakes on, and he hits you in the rear, then it is his fault for being too close.

I feel for your loss, bro - definitely be look at the positives and buy a VR6

Have the insurance company said anything?

It was a write-off. I'm heading down to rip the stereo gear out soon.

Anyone know of any manual VR6's around?
