it all depends on your idea of good??? i would not put a uinversal intercooler in a car and just make it work, i would prefer to get a custom core and have the end takes made for the car; just makes it 20000% better, fitment and flow-wise, but i think waisting money is not good either but if you want the best you need to pay, IMO you cant build a good house by DIY but you can with a cheque book.

If you don't think that I haven't spend a **** load of cash on this car you have got to **** yourself! Either way I do agree with Preeny and Matt. I was so satisfied with the interior work that I have done in my car, I did it all my self apart from Rayray who helped with the headlining. But the seats have been welded and are fully functional! That and the boot is one of a kind custom made
Haha I know you have my photo on your bedside table
yeh the photo with your pants down

You must use the proper VW sealant for the timing chain cover. If you use sealastic, it will leak.
Starting to come together
Just a note to you young home mechanics, if you put all the bolts back in the thing you take off and keep it all together, it makes it a lot easier to put it back togetehr. We wasted a few hours trying to find bolts which Steve did not give to us.
Lots of Shiny goodness
Engine will be ready soon Steve, better hurry up with the car.
