As some may know I have found a set of wheels, will have pics of them in the next few weeks when I pick them up lol. I have sold the wheels but not my adaptors and am having second thoughts on whether or not I should get rid of them on not :S
New wheels will be sent to a repairer in St Marys to have some nice treatment done to them in March to be done by April.
I have set myself a timeline to have my car completed and stages done so that I am ready for the Nats come May
February - Build will start again with more purchasing of parts, slowly I might add. I am still looking for a corrado throttle body, have emailed that guy in the UK and asked him about it, he wants 50 pounds for it and postage is looking at being about that much aswell. So close to the $300 AUD mark.
March - Wheels will be sent to reparier to be finished for April as said above. Will also be purchasing new adaptors for these wheels. Will still be purchasing parts in this month as well. Will also have a few engine parts powdercoated gloss black! I think it will add to the finishing touch!
April - This month will most probably be the most hectic and I will most probably be driving a rental for this month lol. Engine work will sat down with Seb spoke to him about what needs to be changed and stuff. Will be also be getting a service during this month as its almost 1 year.
During this I will be also have a look at the bottom timing chain cover as its leaking and will most likey replace it. Throughout its time at the workshop I will be getting the manifold installed, new engine mounts (still undecided where to get them from, can anyone help?) Sway bay installed, Front strut brace, rear strut brace, and I am also thinking of changing the bushings!(I feel like they are fine, but am unsure whether or not to change them?)
Also in this month car will be sent back to the paint shop around the corner for the front bar being repainted, new grille, roof, rear bar. Also I will be removing archs, yes thats right archs will be removing including the vr6 moulds for GL moulds with guards rolled.
There is still also the fact that I need to purchase a few more items that what I have explained here which are red samco hose kit, rear sway bar, new exhauist as my current one will go to Pedro (Peedman).
I have also talked about getting my interior done holy poo cow batman!!! This somewhere I need to see where I can fit this in, hmmm interesting lol. I can still redo the headlining and pillars just not sure whether or not I will be able to get the seats done but I need to talk to my contacts about that one as he needs it for atleast 3 weeks as he is doing it after hours and, also by himself lol.
ARGHH @#*&%)*@# Alot of work set out for the new year, so I will have to get my hands dirty and start working on it. HAVE A GOOD AND SAFE ONE ALLI'm soo euro even my missus is shaved...

Looking good Steve.
RE on your quest for engine mounts, I gotta get myself new ones too. I can rock a baby to sleep on the engine right now in the current state of my engine mounts. Troy got a set of BFI ones and they seem to be pretty popular with the US boys. They have stage 0.5 mounts around and that seems to be my choice. I've forgotten which US dealer sells them but Troy PM-ed me the website before so I'll look for that soon!
