car looks tough alex...well done. i remember seeing the wheels at the last gc/brissy cruise and remember thinking how faded the black rims look and how much they needed a re-spray....i think the fluoro green is a good choice (orange would have been good as well), especially for the track.

please please please spray the car satin/matte black. with the fluoro wheels and ride height it would look sooooooo tough!!

i blew a cv (we're pretty sure) so this weekend will be a greasy one

i possibley half blew it down the straight then downshifted into third for the corner, released the clutch and simply had no drive, then clunkclunkclunkclunk etc. . . . . so 100 for the track day, 180 for the tow, 150ish for the replacement part (hopefully) and loss of money from taking time of work = a crappy and expensive day

now wheres that bildon website for some strengthened cv's

i dont think so. my old mechanic painted his drift car matte black and its been that way for about 6 months now.....i'm pretty sure he hasn't cleaned it and still looks spotless. i've heard matte finishes are harder to paint than gloss finishes cos it's a lot harder to get an even finish over the whole car (it doesn't blend in as easy and gloss coats help smooth out small blemishes).
