      You're happy with a MK3?

Some people have such low standards.

Maybe one day, needs a lot of things before it's ready for wheels.

If it comes up half as bad as the MK3 it should still be a stunner.

Great to hear you're back to working on the MK2. Are you going to turn it into a daily or do you have other ideas?

Finally starting to do a little more to the old girl now.

Failed the pits last Tuesday but I fixed all what needed to be fixed now she's going back over this Tuesday and should pass with flying colours. Not bad for a 26 year old car!

Bought some new wheels this arvo too, just some volk GRCs again. Going to refurb them and through them on. The car will become my daily in a few weeks time as I am selling my mk3. That means that the ragtop will get a set of coils in too!

Great to hear. What did you fail on? I'm planning on putting mine over in a few weeks time. Do you need a cat? And will they check the emissions?

Nice mk3 too by the way.

It failed on non auto correcting indicators (they actually do work they just didn't check them right) slightly broken rear seat belt clip, and no rubber cover on the clutch pedal. All sorted now though!

No, it was pre cat so I didn't need one, not sure what years cats became necessary.
