I hear they are quite good, haven't been there myself though.

Apprentice mechanic won't know anything about his mk2

Hahaha.... That is so True... took my Mk2 GTI to an old mate Mechanic ( 52 years old) who had a couple of apprentices working for him...

Both the young blokes had never seen one before and my mate spent the next half hour explaining how good these cars are

Bahaha thats funny my mate brought my car to his work and his apprentice has a mk1 so they're not all hopeless!!!

In regards to volkspower ill give them a go as my last resort...
