Mk2 swimming pool! Had some impressive rain today and I parked on a slight hill outside work. Came back to the car and the mats were almost floating!!
Pulled all the interior out tonight to dry it out properly. Will need to investigate the drains when I have more time. Think it came in around the rain tray by the firewall and down past the heater box? Door cards all all nice and dry though.
Might put a new set of black carpet in to replace the grey, could look strange with the grey seats and dash though? Whatcha think people?
And I thought my Mk2 was water tight haha!!Comment

Swapped out the 205/40 rear tyres for some 195/40s to give it some more room in the back. Heaps more space with a 195! Also now have matching tyres. No matching really annoys me ha!
Wound the front down a bit and gave it a bit of camber. Pretty happy with how it sits now.
Will try and get some more photos in the sun tomorrow.
Thinking it might be time to sell and move on though. I have a bad itch for an early 911....

Tried on a set of Enkei Selbach's a while back (some pages back in this thread). I keep thinking about them! Could be an awesome winter wheel, so easy to clean haha!
17x8 and 17x9, could work with the right sized tyre though... Quick photoshop...
