I'll rebuild the 9a I got from you. It needs a rebore and new pistons which isn't cheap but should give me an engine that's good for another 20 years.

From all the posts on overseas forums the ABF in a MK1 isn't a good crusing motor. Great for racing, lousy for relaxed driving.

Well, there you go then. And I am sure you can get a bit more torque out of the 9A to make it a better cruising motor than it is standard.

I am surprised you aren't doing the ABF for the Mk2 and the 9A for the Mk1?[emoji482][emoji482]
