    • should work as long as the solinoid has enough pull
might have to make a counter lever if it doesn't

      • well it has to open up a full sized boot.... upwards in a commo....

my cabby boot pops out sidewards

          • it just depends on where you can attatch the cable for
the solinoid , if the lever on mechanism is short it could be
too hard for it to pull ?
the commode mechanism is disigned to have this option
so where you attatch the cable , it has good leverage
but it should work just might take more fiddling

The hammer and block of wood? or toying with the idea of ripping that silly gauge off the bonnet and smashing it with the before mentioned items?

                • i might be running a couple bonnet gauges.. but dont worry there not chrome ones... there gonna be there for a purpose... for legal issues i cant have one of them inside the car, the cups will either be black or color coded white

                              • Hi Wabit,

Build the car for yourself, as no one here would do things exactly the same way.

I'm sure that many people have seen my cars and thought WTF?

Anyway, good effort with great results.

                                Keep up the good work
