HI
Does anybody know of were i could get a 1.8 20 V turbo engine mount kit from?
I am going with a 02a/02j box and a 1.8t from a A3 water pump in the block.
Would like to source them from Au but cant find anybody who makes them. Any help would be great on this, also any body know of any engine mount weld on brackets for sale?
the one that you need to move back. so i don't have to worry about the old one when removing?
Thanks Gareth

i have now heard of guys doing this conversion in the uk, using the original MK4 mounts and fabrication a flat section on the chassis leg to bolt these on to?
has anybody seen this or got pictures?

I'd suggest with your quality of build that you get some ballpoint extenders and a tie rod flip kit to even out the front end geometry. Jace on here had some for sale recently.
Your chugging along. Jealous your engine will probably be on the road before mine. Gives me a bit of motivation though. Keep at it!
