      Got clutch done,
      feels great

Car still jerks a little below 2200RPM in any gear.
And its bucks a bit when you back of throttle to slow down.
Any ideas? Found 2 airleaks and fixed them, im think the carby is just old and shot.

Also, looking into getting some 15" steel rims, what car should i be looking at to get some?
      15x6 be great

        she been running great,

Using a bit of fuel considering, cant find any leaks besides the wet patches around throttle shaft.
Alternator needs replacing, i tried a spare one but the mounting points on alternator are different. havnt seen this before :S

Went for a drive today, found this LOL

if you have fuel around the throttle shaft then the shaft bushings will be leaking, and probably the idle will be set up all wrong to compensate for the leak at the shaft.

you know with carbies - if you want it to run properly, anything thats badly worn needs fixing or it'll never work as its designed.

Replacing or just a new regulator and bearings?
I thought bosch alternators lasted forever.

Yeah i know that, Is weird that the idle wont change when you spray CRC/WD40 around that area though.
Idle is great, 950rpm 95% of time, every now and then the choke kicks in the lower notch and idle hits 1100.

Not sure on coils, And a No on the hotwire, too much poke on front on stock guards. Not worth the effort atm.

Unsure mate, seems to be charging ok, hasnt gone flat on me over the 3 weeks of daily driving. Just last night i had lights on, and everytime i hit brakes or indicated or put fan on, stereo would cut out, headlights dim and fan stop
Checked it over today and cleaned all connections, put a new earth strap on it. and replaced belt. seems ok so far. battery light has stopped coming on

                            Looking good, dude!

I reckon you should pull the chrome off around your grill if you're going all black. That's what I've done with mine and I think it looks better.. Only my opinion though!

I tried that, Didnt look right, needed something to break it all up.
The chrome on door handles and around windows are pretty good, so it all ties in pretty well i think

So sun poped out and said hello for a little while today,

So i managed to make a start on the Headlight Relay setup as my Lights are sooo bad, there is near no difference between parkers and low beam

Ran all new wiring from headlights to Relays, I used a 5 pin relay which has a double outlet. I thought i had 2 of them, but could only find 1

So atm i have really bright Low beams
