      They need engineering to be considered legal. All car modifications are "illegal" and I use that term loosely.

        they only part that could be illegal are the locking rings. (ie car could possibly 'change height' by it's self, if the locking rings came loose)

        They don't alter the mounting points of the suspension, so shouldn't be an issue.
