Did some golfing today...

The Mk1 got sent to be sand blasted today. We just got the engine bay and the front panel done as the rust was pretty bad, and it was a lot easier.

Clean metal.




I figured I should tell a bit more about the Mk3.
The auto had problems, hence the reason why it was for sale. We have seem to fix it, but who knows. I had plans to use the engine from the Mk3 in the Mk1 and use the 4 speed manual. After cleaning her out, sort of fixing her up, and driving her around a bit, I'm starting to have second thoughts about wrecking the poor thing. I think I might be a little attached, and insane.
3 golfs. I have some problems.

Having 3 Golfs doesn't mean you are insane or have problems, it means you have taste! Keep posting updates and pics please.
