Hey all i have had the car for a while now, just to lazy to post some pics
these are old pics from when i first got the car back, a lot more has been done to it now, just needs a wash and i will take some more photos

the numberplate is only where it is because i haven't installed the holder yet, and put it there so i could drive to the workshop and back and not be hassled by coppas along the way

        Installing Coillovers

Now i had to take the wheel gards off the car as they were rubbing because the car is too low, but i have slightly raised it now and they are back on and looking heaps better

enjoy, and heaps more photos and mods to come

Are you going to run early bumpers? you should have shaved off the bumper bracket holes if you are would look heaps cleaner. That will look awesome though with end caps and the lower GTI side stickers.

looking great so far, can't wait for some more progress!

P.s. Please get 1.5" lips for the front wheels, that'll look AWESOME! imo.

A proper restoration. Well done. This car has come along way since I saw it in Canberra.

Hey all, thanks for the comments, it is coming along nicely so far, um yeah im looking for some stickers that originally were on it, Tim is helping me out with that, i have a problem i have quite a steep driveway and the car bottoms out coming up and down, so i did have the big front lip on it and the first time i drove out my drive way it snapped off (Ouch) but everything is fine
struggling to get the end caps on the carbon bumpers tho, duno what il do there and just seeing how they work, if not happy with overall will change back to the big wrap around bumpers

photo shoot soon????? i wouldn't mind taking my babies ( R32 n GTI) for a clean and borrowing someones SLR camera for some cool photos
