      Hey guys

Does anyone know about the green Mk1 in Howrah that's for sale??
My daily drive was recently stolen and thrashed to its death so in the market for a new car. Although it says in one bit its a 4 speed and then further down says it a 5 sp? plus it says its a 1.6L 1996 gti.

Has anyone seen this car or know who's got it?

Car is advertised in tradingpost http://www.tradingpost.com.au/Automo...=true&AdOnTop=

Seems like a good car. Ed Conacher from South Hobart fitted the Mk3 engine and 5 spd Mk3 gearbox a few years ago. Would be 2L not 1.6L if its a GTI engine. I saw it recently and it looked pretty neat. Has some Porsche-lookalike 15" wheels.
