Hes an awkward bugger and never in.
Plus, who wants a Mk1 golf anyway? Even good ones are not selling. I dont have space to store any Mk1s.
I`m going down that way this week though and may do a recon mission. Anyone have any requests?

            Nothing new here

I've seen guys like this before many times. (We've got a similar Peugeot graveyard about 15km from us.)

They buy/get given/retrieve from the tip cars that they think they can get some good parts from, remove what they want (sometimes) and then let the rest rust away in a paddock. Worst part is that they are horders and won't let you buy anything that you need as they believe that, "One day, sometime in the future, I may need that part....)

Good luck! The guy with the Peugeot graveyard wouldn't even let me look at his wrecks when I needed a speedo drive pinion.

This was at pick-a-part in camblefeild probably about a month or 2 ago. So it would be completely dead by now unfortunatly.

I know its not a VW but it was also there

                              golf graveyard

man what a real shame to see those golfs rotting away like that. At least at my farm no matter what the state of the poor old girl they are given a nice warm home in a shed waiting for the opportunity to shine again or for the not so lucky ones donate there organs to someone in need

                                Another one bites the dust

So scrapped another Mk1 today. This one was a diesel that gave its heart to Edisons car. We stripped all the good panels off, replaced em with rooted ones and then got scrap value for the wreck as a complete car

                                Its final voyage,
