Well now that I've recovered I might have a go at cleaning it and adding a sticker or two. Breaking out in a sweat just thinking about it

Seriously, it's inspiring to see you lads taking on jobs like brake upgrades, ball joints and the like. Just wish I had the time, skills and space to tackle some of that myself (and a second car to tool around in while doing the work).

Good point. I need to find more time between laziness and trying to study as well as work full-time. I think a lack of confidence is part of it. Plus I don't have a driveway or garage. Smaller things I can do.

Today I managed to put a sticker on, clean the windows and attempt to fix a hatch strap.

                    • Put a new ADJUSTABLE voltage reg in the alternator of White! woot for +14 volts!

Put Cordy Drums on Megans Cabby - now capable of awesome handbrake turns! Also, new rear wheel bearings, and a bead of black silicone across the top of the front roof seal to try and keep the interior dry

                              • it's illegal. Cuase the car is registered as a 5 seater, it has to have 5 seats and belts in it at all times. otherwise you could get a defect for it.

if you've taken them out to carry something, you should be able to get out of it. but if you're just doing it for looks or what ever, yea you *could* get into trouble. you'd have to get pulled over first etc etc but.
