H&R, MSS and KW all make these height adjustable springs, and none of them quote spring rates. You would need to contact the manufacturers directly id say to ask them.
But, for the price, you may as well get a set of coilovers which you can get decent ones for around $2k and then not only will you have brand new shocks, but shocks that are matched to the lowering springs.
Does your car have the factory optional adjustable shocks? (Sport/Normal/Comfort options). I had this option on my MK7 GTI Performance and matched with 034 Motorsports variable rate lowering springs (which gave a 30mm drop) it rode really well and looked great.
not going to waste 2k on a cheap set of coilovers, you pay for what you get and 2k isn't much for a coilover. 4k+ and then you get something that is designed and tested but I'm not going to go on about this here👍
