This is the same unit, however it will not be programmed for the AUS market, we have worked for some months now getting our unit programmed for the AUS market and have now released them. The other consideration is that this seller is located in HK who I believe is offering a 7 day return warranty? and a min price of 765AUD+110AUD Delivery+133AUD for maps with no reversing camera.

Obviously there is an interest in this item - be patient I am sure that there is a lot to do before these units are tested ready to be marketed.

Yeah i gotta say, you guys are spinning a pretty good deal. If the product is good, then you've got a winner.

I asked before, but with no reply, will this unit suit the Caddy? The face looks the same shape as in the golfs/jettas etc but i'm unsure..

I've just had a PM from the OP, apparently they have some limited numbers in on Friday. I guess they'll be organising demos etc and workging fromt there.

i saw a demo unit last week, it looks good for me...i haven't seen the RNS 510 before, so can't compare the different, but from VW website the resolution of RNS 510 is lower than this unit.

i tested the DVD, and GPS, it works fine. didn't paired with bluetooth phone so no idea about it.

i pretty sure this unit is value for money compare to RNS 510.
