Well can you try and report back. Would love to know if this PowerISO can do that job and work. Like Kamold, I have other means by which to edit these SW discs, and not just the boot screens. PowerISO isn't really going to help me there.

It was part of the US campaign. There were also some lame ads featuring the mascot, but the below one was the most amusing:

Thanks, johnc, very droll. Not sure my wife will get it.

The point of these custom ISO images is to load JUST a new boot logo rather than the whole list of devices of a full load. MUCH quicker. There is no point in adding a custom logo to the custom partition loader as you would need to create a new full image of 600MB for each different logo that someone might want to use.
JohnC's approach to create all these multiple small ISOs has cost him a lot of time and effort so that you don't have to

            Great work johnc!

            Really spoilt for choice here.

If only I could artificially inseminate (as oppose to inject) these into my C unit via SD card.

Cause that's quite a lot of discs to burn, in order to try and lock one in.

Thanks very much John! Startups work a treat on my C unit (firmware 2680), and look the goods! Gone with 4B for now, but going to mix it up some occasionally to impress the regular passengers.

                        Hi,

I also get a SWL error. I'm running the 39xx firmware as found herehttp://www.vwwatercooled.org.au/foru...t0r-65337.html

                        Am I missing something?

Go into the hidden setup menu (if you've enabled it) and make sure you enable the system downgrade first.

Great, John. Any chance of a "jacara mono" theme for GTD owners? Stretching it, I know.

PM me at least a semi decent photo of it (top down/straight on – you know what I mean) and I'll see what I can do. Got my hands full at the moment, but I will get to it.
