  • VW Golf Headunit High Range Signal

Hi guys, I've got a golf mk7 tsi with a mib2 retrofitted, I'm feeding it into high level into a DSP/AMP, I was reading some places that you can send a full range signal instead of the factory one with eq/filters to protect the default speakers. I'm wanting to send a full range signal.

There's this setting I've found online under OBDeleven under Multimedia

    Sound_System_external_BOOSTER

Seeing a bit of info that this sends a full range signal from the headunit but just wanted to confirm before I try it.

    Thanks

    Thanks

    Registering interest as I wasn't aware of this. I'm also running a MIB2 with a DSP/AMP.
