Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

DNA Tuning: VW Golf R dyno results and feedback

Thanks Guys,
We have a variety of tunes available; some have requested for our mildest tune, and in turn the performance does not meet their expectations. At the end of the day, I haven't had a single R customer end up requesting a refund. It is possible to meet everyone's requirements in one way or another.
Our aggressive Stage 1 tune is what fills this void for those who want a stronger sensation of boost for instance. Our mild tunes, although in actual fact not that far off in terms of peak power, are designed to feel silky smooth in the powerband, which can mask some of the added performance.
Our 28 day moneyback satisfaction guarantee ensures you get to fully trial the tune to ensure it meets your expectations and of course, as indicated, we have a range of tune profiles available to meet specific requests during this period if ever slight changes are requested.VWWC Members - 2018 Special - ECU & DSG Remaps

^ nice one Mario. So that's around 198-199kw (going off the weather corrected figures) for us Aussie folk which is very respectable for a stage 1 tune + intake.
Not sure what your torque reading is (newton meters, pound/foot etc???) but both your power graph and torque graph look pretty good for stage 1. You could pick up some more mid range torque and hold it for longer with an upgraded HPFP but without it, it drops off pretty quickly after peaking.
The car is running a little rich on full throttle according to the dyno sheet but nothing to worry about. Sometimes the device they use to measure the a/f ratio on dyno's isnt very accurate.

The torque figures are in NM.
To be honest without your review and impressions I wouldn't have done this!
By the way I installed a 42dd decatted/resonated downpipe on Thursday. And running stage 2 tune. Car feels like a tank now! Will dyno her in a couple of days. As I need to check something, sometimes I feel that the car losses power on high rpm when on wot, and I am not sure if it's because of the stock HPFP.
Anyhow my Autotech HPFP arrived. I am just waiting on the rs4 FPRV to arrive and I'll install both at once [emoji4]

It could be fuel cut from the stock HPFP not being able to supply enough fuel. The Autotech pump should fix that.
The RS4 FPRV is a bit of a pain to change - hope you have small hands.

If you do the HPFP, is the FPRV a mandatory change?
how much for each (roughly).
Any alternatives to the Autotech?carandimage The place where Off-Topic is On-Topic
I used to think I was anal-retentive until I started getting involved in car forums

As for alternatives to the Autotech, none really that have sold in the same quantities with such a good reliability record. KMD tuning make one, HPFP upgrade make one and APR.
