Got the first pair of swaybars in today (just one set ) anyway, exhaust is getting closer - what preferences do people have on tip size - this is the hardest part of the R&D!

Twin tip, non lipped, staggered, titanium brushed is my preference, or the same non titanium brushed, size 2in each.

Really looking to get everything done at once.

Hi Guys

Can please help i have a 6R GTI and would like to run it on the dyno. When we had it on the dyno last night the car would not shift up through the gears. We had the ESP off, park brake down and the doors closed. The car would still not shift up through the ger. We tried it in sport, maunal and in drive.
Any advise on how to run the car on the dyno.

We had no problems, manual mode, ESP off - just had to avoid the kickdown switch.

Good news, Intakes have progressed - our alloy fabricator had an accident that has put him out of action for a while. We have laser cut & CNC bent brackets for installation.

Looking at Anodising the alloy head black (matches in with the carbon airbox & intake tube then)
