Im just little concern if the wheel spin is normal when you floor it every time especially when ESP is turn on that is all.__________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ _____

With a normal MKV GTI, if you floor it, the wheels will spin and the ESP light will flash. The MK6 now has XDL and a better chassis, but there are plenty of people who have mentioned being able to violently bounce the front of the car due to loss of traction.
So yes, when you then increase the power by another 20% and torque by another 40%, you're going to spin the wheels even more if you put your foot down.
The ESP isn't meant to stop you having some fun, just stop you from getting into trouble. So you just need to learn your car more intimately and figure out how quickly you can feed in the accelerator instead of simply flooring it!

Or do you have a method of removing the ECU without it being detectable to the dealers?

A turbo back exhuast would take you to Stage 2.. I'm keen to get the hfull RSC exhaust next, could use a bit more sports/exhaust sound at the moment can hardly hear it as it's mostly engine sound (but the DSG farts sound good too).Last edited by G-rig; 04-07-2010, 10:08 PM.

Have been reading that people are getting good results from simply deleting the rear muffler but keeping the resonator. Nice note, no drone and cheap. Will probably head down this path myself.MKV GTI Pirelli
