Darkside Developments also tested this and posted a video just a week or two ago. Surprisingly accurate and within a few horsepower to their actual dyno readout.
Not a cheap tool though at several thousand dollars, and quite fiddly to setup properly.
I’ll stick with a $100 dyno run at my local Mainline dyno, but its a smart gadget none the less. Certainly a lot cheaper than a proper dyno setup.

yeah for sure its super pricey. But since its at the new to market/semi -prototype stage, in 5 years they'll probably be half the price. Wouldnt be bad to have between 3 friends. Running it in conjunction with logging would give you plenty of detail. You can't hold it at fixed load points to find MBT and things like that but still pretty cool. NSW Police have probably pre-emptively made them illegal.

You would have to be pretty unlucky to get busted by the Popo using this while driving, as you really need a passenger to operate the app as its far too fiddly for the driver to do while trying to drive. And you would be doing this on a highway or industrial estate (probably at night or on a weekend) to minimise traffic and obstacles.
