Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Wicked segment you got there! x2
13.5 at altitude and poor track is awesome.
my old turbo Gemini was running 13.0 on a good day at the old track at Eastern Creek back in the 90s
Most people don't understand how fast that actually is on the street. ....plenty enough to get you into LOTS of trouble!!!
    low 13s are defiantly coming!

I'm about to embark on a very basic Mk1 diesel turbo conversion in the near future (no 13 sec car though just a better than stock daily)!
Thanks for the inspiration, over fuelled diesel and I go back a long way! It's good to be going back to the black side!!!,

    Cheers, Scotty.
