Dorian had me pegged at 1:39.0052 a fraction quicker than I thought.

The M3 was in class 3-6 (Racing cars and specials >4500cc) He was running in group 3 so he should appear in runs S3,S8,S13 he went home after that.

Nice one Pete, great footage!
The kink in the back straight is the where you could shave time, but its always a test of balls I think.
Woud it be possible to keep it flat through there? The problem is you can skate across the track at very high speed, and then you have to try and pull up while weight is shifting from one side to another.
How is traction? Are you spinning?.
Again, great stuff.

Back straight I'm flat to the floor the whole way along Dandenong Road.

Traction is good, the LSD is helping but I'm still building confidence in what it lets me do.

Mintex pads front and rear.

256mm EBC discs slotted and dimpled.

16v Scirocco calipers.

Looking good Pete, you need some coilover sleeves for the front struts now. I did a set for Murrays Cortina you would have seen at Phillip Island when you did the parts collection run. Have 8 assemblies left if ya interested PM me. oh yeah, 2 1/2 " Dia springs are needed tho.
