The engine is running so badly right now, I think I might need to get someone to take a look at it.

Running on less than 4 cylinders, and doesn't want to rev over 3k rpm.

Ok so an oil change, filter, plugs, leads etc and give it a good once over.

Then juts drive and save $$$ for somnething cool. You will then want a race seat, harness and wheel to hold you in once you get more confident.

Yeah did the oil, filter, plugs, leads, fuel filter. Just put in some 98, might have to drive it around for more than 15mins, to get it going a bit.

Thinking maybe 02 sensor, but I'll give it a bit more of a drive and see what happens. Already have the Momo wheel in too, it's nice!

Haven't touched it in a few weeks, just got back from Thailand.

Hoping to have Jmac take a look at the engine, however he is quite busy!

All good! I'm sure the engine will need a bit of work to get it going, so that might add to the timeframe before it's on the road.

I'll talk to you about engine swaps when you drop by.

You need to check that the air flow meter is free moving. Raise the revs slowly if you see the intake pipe collapse it's sticking. It did that to me before you picked the car up.

                    Got a quote on tyres, Yokohama - A048-R for $249/corner, in 185/60/14.

Toyo R888's out of stock at the moment, and he didn't seem to keen to find out when they would be back lol...

Picked up the new tyres today, Yokohama A048's = no more skids

How she sits now, little more clearance at the front, also means it's at a legal height now. Once it get rego, I'll play with the height a bit.

And the Momo wheel I put on a while ago:

haha I hope so. Jimmy is looking at the engine on Thursday, so his verdict will determine if it gets road time sooner or later.

Remember low is not always the best suspension set-up for the track. When its "slammed" suspension geometry is significantly changed.

Very true, so might even end up raising the back too, which is fine.

I'll have to find somewhere to get a good wheel alighnment done as well.
