Sorry guys for not replying earlier, work has been keeping me busy the past couple of weeks. Thanks Wade, what type of wideband are you using to tune with mate? Looks like the main issue with the tuning is getting your head around the software.

You have to weld the wideband sensor bung about 6 inches away from the turbo to get accurate readings according to innovate website.

Update: The new fuel tank is fitted, wiring loom plugged in, intercooler and radiator mounted.
Will add pictures when I get back into town and hopefully get enough time off to get it done.

    Cheers
    Leigh

Are you sure it's that close? When I fitted one in my A3, I had it welded at the same distance from the turbo as the standard one, which is much more than 6 inches away.

Ok Gents, started the bad boy late last night. Idling straight and loud as f**k!!! Started 1st time as well. It was a huge relief to hear it run.

              Will postup a video tomorrow.

Few issues - Small water leak by the housing to the cylinder head (will get new O-ring tomorrow)
Rev counter not working (will contact qpeng)
Oil light stays on (faulty switch maybe?)

              Now the real troubleshooting starts.

              Cheers
              Leigh

So far about +-$8500 for the conversion.
