So is anyone else thinking of entering the final round of the VSSC at Winton on the 1st of September?
I'm still tossing up whether I should as my series class position is safe and I can't improve on it barring either (or both) of the class leaders not turning up
It would be nice to use my new semi-slicks but then I'd have to find time to break them in (and re-bed my brakes )

Not me. I'm placed too low due to mechanical issues at the last two events to bother.
I also need the time and money to spend on the new car.
Might take White out for a final spin at the Sandown cup day sprint in November.
The Kamei car will be finished this year but I'm not sure if I'll get it out on the track.

Do you have a CAMS licence (L2S or higher) yet?
You need one for all circuits except Winton for the TMS days (and Calder) who can issue their own licences.
Also need a fire extinguisher (again not needed for Winton TMS)Resident grumpy old fart
