adzy, great vids of your track day !! Nice gather after passing the muppet !! LOL love the ending to your session 2 vid. Had a good laugh !!
Don't know how I would go though. I think I'd get white line fever.
Couldn't figure out how agressive you were engine breaking on the vid. Was there alot down the gears? I'm using your vids as a kinda educational driving tool so when the day comes and I grow my balls I will have a small idea what the track looks like and the lines you take when cornering sandown.
Maybe while waiting for my balls to grow I might come down one day and be a spectator.Golf R, Rising Blue, 5 Door, DSG and some extra fruit.

Some drive days have instructors present who can jump in with u and give u great advise. Your balls should be well up to it mate
Oh and with the DSG question, I use manual mode so that it is always in the gear I want and so that I get gear down in higher revs than sport mode, the engine nraking helps with front end traction on corner entry due to the increased engine braking force.. sport mode is a bit to lazy when going for it on track IMO.
Get out there rob u will love it!

Nice vids Adzy.
These are with Oneal Events?
What is the price, etc?
I'm guessing it is not times and no CAMS is required?
You seem to have a MUCH, MUCH better selection of cars than the Driver Dynamic days and I would prefer to be running with that bunch of cars than the WRX club.
Wouldn't mind teeing up for some days with you boys.Last edited by poli84; 19-09-2011, 12:29 PM.MY10 S3 Sportback - 6Sp Manual - Sprint Blue

Winton is really quite good (better with the short track). Have you made it to the Island, Guy? That sets the standard for racetrack in Australia IME.Resident grumpy old fart
